My Story

I started my holistic journey back in 1995 as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with the intention of helping my clients reach their goal of wellness. Over 25 years, I gained valuable experience and insight into how the body transitions from a fitness perspective. In order to embrace my passion to learn more about the human body, beyond strengthening and stretching of the muscles, I enrolled myself and began the journey of studying Massage Therapy in 2013.  This focused training helped me in understanding the pathological conditions that result from musculoskeletal disorders. Over the past decade, I have explored many tools and techniques to provide effective solution-based treatments that benefit my clients. My passion for learning and a constant quest to upgrade myself, motivated me to undertake training in a Cranio-Sacral Therapy Course in 2021.

My dedication to continuous learning has enabled me to provide treatments that significantly improve my clients’ quality of life. I am very grateful to all the clients I have seen over the years, who believed in me. I hope this wonderful journey of growth in my knowledge and expertise never ends.
