Growing up outside of Stratford, near Kinkora, I learned about the value of hard work, whether it was on a farm, in a machine shop, or during sports. After completing my degree in medical science at Western University, I realized my passion for both science and helping others could be best combined in a health care profession. This realization led me to pursue a career in chiropractic, at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. In my final term I participated in an externship program that allowed me to see and treat my own patients under Dr. Cheryl Pacheco’s supervision. This experience provided a valuable learning opportunity and laid the groundwork for my approach to chiropractic practice. As a fully licensed chiropractor, I am enthusiastic about starting my career at Discover Chiropractic and serving the community that played a significant role in shaping the professional values I uphold.

 

My approach to chiropractic is both evidence-based and patient-centered. As a lifelong learner, I keep up to date with treatment guidelines to provide high quality care to my patients, using a multimodal approach of education, manual therapy, and exercise, tailored to my patients’ needs and goals. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer and hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
